Golden Dawn supports the most wealthy class in Greece

One of the most powerful and wealthy classes in Greece are the shipowners.  The few families of the Greek shipowners own the largest merchant fleet in the world. So these days that the parliament discusses about the new budget which comes together with the new austerity package Golden Dawn voted against the taxation of the ship-owners. On the contrary the Golden Dawn MPs proposed to provide more “motivations” to the ship-owners.

It is worthy to note that according to the 2013 budget the ship-owners supposedly would have to pay 80 million Euros extra from last year. According to the same document the state will cut 82 millions out of the handicap benefits.

But it undermines their attempts at populism a bit, doesn’t it? You can’t pretend to be on the side of “ordinary Greeks” and yet side with the richest. Nazism was, after all, “National SOCIALISM” and recuperated, particularly through Rohm’s wing of the party, hatred of the rich….

They also want “Greeks not to become like the American Indians in their own homeland” and then open up offices in NYC, Montreal and Melbourne. Guess they don’t do that to deport Greeks back to Europe although that would make a brilliant poster: “Boston Tea Party Greek Style: Swim Home”; just like “X.A.: Heil Merkel!”

So, according to you the handicap benefits are important, but not all the workers that depend on the fleet? If the country loses all of its revenue sources how are the handicap gonna get their sustenance? Then the workers and the handicap both will be ruined.
